One way we can do that is with yoga and meditation.”ĭaun-Barnett says that yoga can act as both a way to alleviate stress and help with drug and alcohol cessation. “We’re looking to promote more healthy strategies to deal with stress. “They seem to be using more at home rather than going out now,” Daun-Barnett said.
